PROGRAMMER/ ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Advanced Technology Services (ATS) employees provide professional,
comprehensive technical services to an impressive customer base,
specializing in fields of information technology and industrial
services.
In this position, you will work from basic system designs and
specifications and use standard procedures and techniques to maintain,
modify, and devise new or existing application programs of moderate
complexity and scope. You will be responsible for preparing flow
charts, writing programs and procedures, debugging and documenting
programs, translating system requirements into a logical, economical,
and technically practical system design, designing, coding, and
testing programs. You will also assist higher-level programmers
in development of more complex programs and have the opportunity to
enhance skills through formal training and on-the-job instruction.
In addition, you will have the opportunity to work for a quality-focused

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 4-year degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination
of training/experience to perform above duties and responsibilities
* Must have at least 2 years experience in programming with Progress 4GL
* Must have basic understanding of the business environment and
technical expertise in systems analysis and programming.
