My Client based in Ireland is looking for a Development Manager. Roles will include: Design, program, & manage the development and deployment of new applications, systems software and/or enhancements to existing applications. Participation in all phases of the development life cycle. Manage and provide hands-on support as needed for existing production applications. Manage, mentor and provide technical leadership to the application development team. Participate in hiring of new resources and staff reviews. Candidate must have the relevant experience: Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in software design/architecture, development, implementation, and support. Minimum 5 years experience managing application development staff. 4+ years programming in Progress version 8/9.
