problem of 18.9 ?

When I use 18.9(Cumulative Ord Accounting Close),I got an error:

UNABLE TO CLOSE WORK ORDER NUMBER, ID 1191,71179676
WORK ORDER RECORD IS LOCKED BY USER yjiang. Press F4 TO EXIT.

All work order is closed and user yjiang is also not log in.

Who can help me? what is the problem?

Please try to shutdown the MFGPRO server & restart it. As the name is logged in the server

Unable To Close Work Order Number

What Version of MFGPRO are you using ? if restarting the db server did not help then , If you are using ver 8.6c and below then use patch G2P5.

I wrote you the following:

The problem is that the message is implying that user "yjiang" is running a "labor operation by part related report. This report locks certain cumulative work orders. When this "user closed his transaction not according the QAD rules the locking mechanism in qad_wkfl is not cleaned up properly.

In order to clean up this situation you must run program utremkde.p.
