Question Pos (point Of Sale) Terminal Connection To Progress

Hi all,

I was wandering is there a way to connect a POS terminal ICT 250 Ingenice to a Progress DB.

What I had in mind is that the clerk enters an amount in the GUI and that the amount is transferred to POS terminal after a click on a button.

After a card payment is finished the information about the payment is transferred back from the POS terminal to the app.

I have no idea can this be done at all, I guess it can, but can it be done directly between progress and the terminal or a third party program should be used as well...

If anyone has an idea or a solution please share, I would appreciate it.
