PO Return issue

Dear all,
My problem is " on RTV of 1st PO line out of 3 tr_hist shows the return transaction for line 1 which in prh_hist reflects all the PO lines are return." Why this could have happened?

I am using MFG/PRO versoin 8.6D.

Did all the other transactions happen apart from tr_ist update
a) ISS-PRV for Po line 1
b) GL Entry
c) Reduction in stock
d) If you had return to replace to yes then were the new lines created.

Apart from tr_hist ISS-PRV for po line 1 got updated
GL entry-exactly not-known
Reduction in stock-Yes(for all 3 lines)
return to replace was set to "no"

One more thing negative voucher has been created for the same order.

Please give solution ASAP.

Verify the GL entry. How did you create negative voucher without matching GRN? If transaction history is the only missing, make a note of it and live with it. It is a one off issue.
