Please advice re: "Operation Conflict"

Dear Peggers,

After running 24.1 Recalculate Capacity Plan, the message appeared as follows:
"Operation Conflict".

What should we do?

We tried to change Due Date or Release Date, but the message still existed. It seems our actions were not suitable.
What are the impacts if we ignore that message?

Your release date should be earlier or same as the first operation start date

I found the case like this: release date : 11/07/04, first op start 07/06/04.

Operation Conflict

Hi Rosalie Helena,

In the case that you have given the release date is later than the first operation date which is not possible hence you get the error Operation conflict.

You change the release date to 07/06/04 or earlier and run the program again you will not that Operation conflict has vanished.

Yes I understand it.
Actually the Action Message appeared because the user had done an action to erase the message. She changed the Release Date but didn't notice the First Operation Date.
