-P and -U startup parameters require an authentication enabled domain (16395)

We want to config to user auto login when they login ssh , i see guide on
Progress use -U userid -P password -domain domain-name for scripts run
character client . I set it but get a error

What version of Progress is this and what OS is it running on?

It is because the user specified in the parameters is not registered in the database, so it will be enough to register it or specify a user that is registered in the database.
