Outstanding Bal 27.18

I've got an issue with debtors.

27.18 shows a 91+ day bal of a couple of debtors, howver these 90 balances are not appearing on the debtors statements. The balance showing on 27.18 are over payments due to amounts entered in the Discount column. The reference for these balances are Memo references.

Can someone please advise!

27.18 ATB not same as 27.14 Statement Print

First print 27.16 ATB by due - it will show the "contested" amounts and these will not print on the statements in lower versions of MFG.

Also check the Customer master - if a Bill-to was created and the lower level still had balances these will also not appear on the new bill-to statement
