Windows based Optio Applications – full package install – newest release with new inbound supplier (they moved to a new codebase for inbound processing) – all on WINDOWS 2003 Server (dev are standalone servers, and our test servers – 6 for each individual package are running in a VMWARE environment) SXE 5.1003 CHUI
I don’t need anything particular to feedback on issues, however, I am curious if anyone has moved to utilizing document management/processing (inbound/outbound) using Optio’s newest releases (released around November/January). We have had a regular onslaught of issues, and our in-house testing seems to find one after another without end.
We are told there have been several installs without any issues (with the same release as ours). The application only ties into SX.e (Progress) through working/tested APIs, but Optio itself doesn’t work to the standards we would expect.
Anyone else on the newest release of Optio and working with it successfully?
