Hi All,
We have a very complex database in Oracle9i. It's a huge thing with hundreds of tables, countless indices and constraints.
During some heavy processing tasks in the 4GL, we are getting random Oracle 1007 errors with the message 'variable not in select list'. As it's the dataserver that's generating the SQL statements, that's a bit worrying.
It doesn't happen ALL of the time. One minute it seems to be okay and the next, the error returns.
Has anyone else ever seen this problem or can anyone suggest a way that it might be fixed or circumvented.
Thanks.
Mike.
