Openedge Sql Over Partition Clause

Hi to all of you.

I use Progress v.10.2.B on unix AIX Machine.
In SQL i did not found the SELECT clause OVER PARTITION like in Sql Server...
Will i have to migrate to V11. to find it ???

For a non-SQL expert, what does the OVER PARTITION clause do in SQL Server? Does this refer to horizontal table partitioning?

What I am getting at is: what do you expect it to do for you in OpenEdge SQL?
