DESCRIPTION: (Responsibilities)
You would develop and maintain applications using Progress, WebSpeed, HTML, JavaScript (Web-based, Character and Graphics interfaces). Some Project management, system design, and Business Analysis would also be required. Projects that you’d be working on would include Commercial Estimating Applications as well as Customer Service Systems. You need to be able to interface and communicate with all levels of management and users.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelors Degree.
* Minimum four years of Progress programming experience in version 8 or 9.
* Minimum four years experience with event-driven applications.
* Minimum four years experience with HP-UX or UNIX operating system.
* Minimum four years experience with Window NT environment.
* Previous experience in Customer Service applications (designing, developing or maintaining)
* Understand User Interface Design
* Minimum of two years experience with WebSpeed, HTML, JavaScript.
* Visual Basic or Java is a plus
* Excellent communication skills.
