Odbc Error 127

Merant 3.60 SQL-92 ODBC driver

When I try to connect to database in an ASP web-page i get the error:

Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error 126

I have tried reloading everything with no luck.

Outside of ASP (Crystal, etc) can connect to database just fine.

Any help would be appreciated, let me know if you need more info

It seems to be a permission issue with IIS.

Check that the IUSR account has the read and execute permissions to all the files in the Progress installation directory.
