ODBC connection issue while connecting PENTAHO

Hello All,
Greetings,

I have the version of progress( i.e. openedge 11.7.1 ) and try to connect it with Pentaho Data Integration (Spoon) through ODBC connection.

my connection type is: generic database
access : ODBC
i am using JDK : jdk1.8.0_161
Database Name : sp2k
ODBC DSN Name is : testDSN.jpg

While connection with PENTAHO (spoon) when i check the test connection it show me Error like below:

Looks like the relevant drivers are missing for your client. If the test connect works over ODBC configuration then 9 times out of 10 it's a mis-configuration of the connecting client.

did you get the pentaho to identify the drive of Progress?

I am trying to connect by jdbc and i am encountering the same problem.

hello, you need the odbc connector for pentajo, you must download it and paste it in the lib folder of the version you use of pentaho, the windows odbc does not work

I had similiar issue with a middleware product using java and I had to put my openedge.jar file into the java classpath
