I am trying to create a new DB with O E 10. I go into data dictionary and create new db, then when I try to connect to it nothing is there. I even tried to do it long handed through the procedure editor and manually CREATE DATABASE, however when I try (or the prcedure editor in PSC tries) there is nothing to connect to ????
