New Database

Hello All, hope you all are well!!!

I have created new database and trying to access it's features from OpenEdge Explorer but unable to do so and getting message as Cannot connect.

Below is screen shot for your reference, please suggest how to resolve this.

I have also tried to add new admin server with 6836 (management port), updated in managment.properties file but getting below error for that:-
