Question Need Some Help On Trigger Program For The Standard Program(5.20.1) Fiscal Receiving Screen

Qad Version : 3.1.0.75
Need some help on the trigger program for the standard program(5.20.1) Fiscal Receiving Screen , I have to add new fill-in field in 5.20.1 after the confirmation pop-up of Display Message "Confirm the Legal Document" .
Can some one please advice me ?
