After MRP run, the items still seem to be Yes for MRP Required. Why this happen. It is because of my setting?

Hi
Try checking mrp stranded records
for each qad_wkfl where qad_key1 = "mrp/drp":
display qad_wkfl with side-labels.
This may be one of possible causes for your problem

Hello,

I will show you an example:
Sales Order of Part A (Finished Goods): 500 pieces
Part A contains of following raw materials:
Z102.01 , B123.11 & D164.03
Due Date: Next Week (30/02/08)

Before running MRP (Check out [23.16 MRP Inquiry])
MRP Required: Yes (for raw material and finished goods)
** It means that this Part A need to be run in MRP (23.1, 23.2 or 23.3)
The reason it stated YES is:
- Raw Material to be purchased or not
- Work Orders Not Printed

After running MRP (Check out again [23.16 MRP Inquiry])
MRP Required: No (for raw material and finished goods)
The reason it stated No is:
- Purchaser/ Buyer had already purchase
- Planner had already printed out the Work Orders

If there is changes on the Finished Goods (Sales Order) or Raw Material
Definitely the MRP Required will stated YES.

Lead Tim determine when MRP panned orders are due:
Manufacturing lead time for manufactured items (M)
Purchasing lead time + Inspection lead time for purchased items
