Modify Cum W/O BOM in 16.13.1?

Is it OK to modify a cum work order product structure in 16.13.1 Work Order Bill Maintenance?

I know it is possible to modify the work order BOM during the 18.22.13 Backflush, but I need to change it beforehand.

Any input appreciated. How will this affect usage variances?

Yes thats a good soln. You can restrict Eagle to disallow non BOM components. Ideal soln is to customise Eagle to ease your entry process.Our company posses good expertise in Eagle. We are glad to assist.

I am proposing NOT using eagle to change the bill, rather change it in qad in 16.13.1.
