Dear Midwest SyteLine/Symix User-
The Minnesota chapter of the Mapics/SyteLine user group will be starting up again. The event will be chaired by Zomax Inc. and hosted at InSite Group offices in Richfield MN. Meetings will be held 4x per year and will cover a range of topics including; user success stories and what’s new with Mapics. The meetings will NOT be a forum for selling Mapics or other software but rather, an environment to learn and share. A brief survey will be sent out asking for your feedback on topics for the upcoming meetings in the coming weeks.
Meeting format
The proposed meeting format is as follows. It will be confirmed by the users at the first meeting on April 22.
2:00pm Refreshments
2:00pm Introductions
2:15pm User Profile Zomax Inc. and SyteLine 7
3:00pm Topic Topic discussions for remaining 2004 meetings
4:00pm Roundtable Questions and group discussion
Schedule
The first meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2-4pm. Location: InSite Group, 2 Meridian Crossing, Suite 330, Richfield, MN. Future meetings are tentatively scheduled quarterly and will be confirmed at the first meeting.
Who Should Attend?
CFO, CIO, Training, Operations, DB Admin, SyteLine Admin, Customer Service Manager, Executives with IT responsibility. The meetings will be both technical and will focus more on the business reasons for deploying, maintaining and using SyteLine.
Price
There will be no charge for the Minnesota chapter meetings. It is encouraged that participants attend the regional and national user groups and submit the necessary fees to participate.
