Our client is a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of consumer electronics operationg in 30 countries employing over 15,000 people worldwide. We are looking for two experience MFG/PRO helpdesk with the following:

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Function as MFG/PRO Help Desk in support to complement Asia Pacific Regional IS Team based in Singapore with the following:
    • To provide support to MFG/PRO users helpdesk for both level 1 and levet 2 support
    • To provide troubleshooting, customization and maintenance support to Asia Pacific regional MFG/PRO and Progress coding
    • To comply with IT Project Management, SDLC and support methodologies
    • Chinese speaking is an added advantage.
