- Function as MFG/PRO Help Desk in support to complement Asia Pacific Regional IS Team based in Singapore with the following:
- To provide support to MFG/PRO users helpdesk for both level 1 and levet 2 support
- To provide troubleshooting, customization and maintenance support to Asia Pacific regional MFG/PRO and Progress coding
- To comply with IT Project Management, SDLC and support methodologies
- Chinese speaking is an added advantage.
