Messenger Failed to Connect

I get the following error when trying to run my webapp.

Msngr: Failed to connect to the specified WebSpeed named service. Verify that the service has been started. Verify the configuration for the service is correct. (5804): Error -60

I am using Apache on Linux with messenger only install. WebSpeed broker and nameserver on NT. WebSpeed is 3.1C. I originally set the NT box up on IP address 192.168.5.14, as a test server. I have new NT box ready and has a different address. I changed the ubroker.properties file on Linux messenger to use the new IP address. What else am I missing. Again, it will work, if I set the new box's IP address to 192.168.5.14.
 
Could be a problem with apache, if you have copied the apache config from your old machine have you changed the IP address?

Or it could be the broker connection script. Check the script that is called by apache that connects to the Webspeed broker. (It will either be on the URL or in the Apache config as an alias).
