If you have a compiler installed (i.e. a development product, like 4GL Development System, OE Studio, or OE Architect/Progress Developer Studio, then download the ProTop "source" version. If you do not have access to a compiler, download the "xcode" version. Either version will work on 10.2B or 11.x.
