Load-Testing

Hi All,
In our production environment, the number of users are supposed to be up by 2000 in few months. Currently we have 3000 users who login to the system. We need to validate whether our system is capable to take the load? So how can we simulate this programatically? We would not like to write something which the user does not do?

So please suggest.

You should probably get professional help.

Load testing is not a trivial process. Putting together a test on such a scale in such a short time-frame is unlikely to be helpful.
