key-combinations for vt220 function keys ?

is there a comprehensive list somewhere with all the key-combinations like ctrl-X for F1, ctrl-E for F4 etc. ??

Your Progress "PROTERMCAP" environment variable will point to a file with default name "$DLC/protermcap" which contains the mapping for all supported terminal types.
Beware that lines starting ":tc=" point to the label of more mapping and that some keys have multiple names. In my "protermcap" file the "vt220" label leads to the label "vt220v7kf" and then to "v7kf".
