Jet Forms failing to recognize TAX ID

Am testing a program copied from Order Verification that is to become our
Intercompany Billing program. When attempting to print under Jet Forms 5.1
I get the following .err file:

[107]Unable to match a definition with transaction file

991201 10:48:32 JfServer: [314]Agent exit message: [107]Unable to match a
definition with transaction file

The form does have the Tax ID that Jet Forms keys off of. Does anyone have
any idea or suggestions as to where in the manual to go? Any help,
direction, etc. appreciated.

It may have Tax ID, but are you absolutely sure that
it is on the same line ? I have written programs and
accidentally introduced an extra line at the top.
