I have Progress 9.1D09 and Java installed is java2-1.3.1, OS is Unixware 7
I have SX.enterprise 4.X installed, once or twice a week people when it comes to print they can not, neither they can email from sx.enterprise, job logs tell all jobs are there scheduled but nothing spools.
unix printing seems fine since I can print anything from it, just not from sx.e I cant.
Now here is the weird part, if I shut sx.enterprise completely without rebooting the server and start it again same problem happens
If I shut sx.e and reboot the server then problem in next startup of sx.e seems to be fixed.
Am I missing anything in here? Is Java version problem here?
