I am looking for a proactive IT specialist who has 3-5 years experience in:

1- Networking: Exchange servers; LINUX servers; NT servers etc...
2- Telecommunications and wireless
3- Database experience (ODBC, Crystal reporting, custom programs, etc...)
4- Who is self motivated and proactive
5- can work alone without supervision
