Is there anyway to revert ubroker.properties file changes

Is there anyway to revert ubroker.properties file changes?
(Now ubroker.properties file empty)
Version - progress 9.1D

Now under progress Explorer show only Databases.
Webspeed, Appserver.... missing

Restore from an OS backup.

That you will be taking because if not that would be crazy.

What would you do if that server/storage died to restore the environment?

Restore your last fresh OS bakups.

Make sure that before doing some changes you should have a copy of ubroker.properties file.

$DLC/properties/* really ought to be part of your SCM system.
