installing eb2sp9 2.1

hi I have installed eb2 in my laptop . I want to install eb2.1 now . do I have to do the entire process od creating empty data bases (MFGPRO guided setup) .

If you have the eB2.1 media, it comes with the document on how to upgrade. If you think thats reasonable for your case then go with it, if you think installing a fresh setup is easy then go with that approach.
