Inactive Supplier

Any idea how to delete deactivate an inactive supplier?
Meaning to say that I am not able to open any PO for this particular inactive supplier

Using eb, 9.1c & Windows Server

What we could do was Append INACtIVE to ad_name. Tis is to indicate but not to stop the user. I believe this is only way.

Go into 2.3.1 Supplier Maintenance select the supplier and edit the Name

SAY supplier : 123
name : 123 ltd

Change it to X-123 Ltd. Tell users X denotes inactive supplier.
