I need the menu details to load the data actually. Help me pls.

You cannot load the data in mrp_det table to see that in 23.16 Menu . You have to run Full regen or Net change MRP (23.1 or 23.2) to create Supply-Demand pattern.
Running these menus will create the mrp_det whihc you can see in 23.16
