i need make a window with appbuilder with a combox and other fields, help.!!

the help i need is how define the combobox, showing 2 fields of a db, the screen is a add records for a db, but need some tips for create some like this

I presume you mean doing it just in pure code? rather than creating in appbuilder

my knowledge permit create the smart window, put the combobox, put the fields, but the connect the combox with the db and the fields is the problem, maybe is like you say need code .

OK but how i mentioned i dont have many knowledge about this i know the type SDO but not how is work and defined.??
