How to totalize a Browse Column?

Hi evereybody!
Need to know whether someone knows how to totalize a browse´s column.
Once you do, could you please share this solution?

you "could" TOTAL that field's value in a FOR EACH and display it under the column of the Browse ?

Yes you are right. I tried this and it works. But when you have a large amount of lines in the browse, it takes the double of the time to perform the TOTAL, do
you agree with me? I need a solution to read browse´s COLUMNS AND LINES (not the file itself).
