How to rename a Webapp name already present as part of a QAD 2010SE Environment Deployment

We are using QAD 2010SE and Progress OpenEdge 10.02B . Currently while creating a new environment we made a clone of the Linux VM server of an existing environment and changed the hostname and other setups and configurations. Everything works fine but unable to rename the already present Webapp in tomcat to a new one.

Is there any ways we can re-name the Webapp too in tomcat. Currently the Connection Manager opens up in the old Webapp whereas it gives a JAVA error while opening in the new WebApp.
