it is not a part of MFG/QAD Application menus
it is external utilities tool (mfgutil)
you probably have shell script to run it
mfgutil.bat (win32) or mfgutil (linux/unix)

netstat -a .... in a command line and see the network trafic peers, you find the IP address.
