How to get a xml file from a http site to temp-table?

hi everyone,
i want to connect to a site http://www.tcmb.gov.tr/kurlar/today.xml and get this xml document. it contains money rates and i got the code to parse it but i can't connect to site and get the file if anyone can help??? i'll be thankful it.
