Question how to clear cached programs from current progress session

i have a menu program which is a progress window program.
i use this program to launch other progress programs.
when i run these programs seems like they get cached and do not get the latest version of program.
user have to close the main menu program and relaunch in order to get a latest version of program.

is there a way to clear a cached program without having to relaunch the main program?

Create a way for the session to invoke a method to change the current language to itself.
