What exactly do you mean with application status and what transaction details do you want to know?

If you would be revealing more detailed information about what it is that you want to achieve ( context information ) and some details about the installation like OE and OS details we would be able to better understand and thus give better answers.

No i do not have after Image.

You need to stop everything else and get after-imaging properly enabled.

Running a production database without after-imaging is irresponsible. Your data is at risk.
