How can I read a recipient using COM Outlook?

Dear,


I saw a lot of samples how send a e-mail using COM Outlook.

But How can I read e-mails from a recipient Outlook and save it file attached into a specific folder, each e-mail has just one file attached.

Progress 9.1C and Outlook 2003
