How can I lock the horrizontal scrolling of first three columns of the grid

We are using Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid to display the BOM Details. See the attached screen show.

1. How can I lock the horrizontal scrolling of first three columns of the grid?

2.. We have some global variables to set the back ground color and fore groung color of the widgets. We are using like x-brw:BGCOLOR = gv_brw_bgcolor. Same variable how can use it here to change the BGCOLOR and FGCOLOR of the Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid and Infragistics.Win.UltraWinTree in the attached screen shot.

Please help me in this.

You'd be better off finding Infragistics help IMO. I have no idea what the syntax is for the OCX so can't help. Is there no documentation? Have you googled the problem? "infragistics UltraWinGrid lock columns" seems to bring back a plethora of options.
