help with webspeed

Hi everyone i try to setup a webspeed but when i try to start database the follow message show

this process end with code 1 (8619)
JUNMsg030

i hope some 1 tell why.???

Can it be that the port where you want to start the broker with is already in use? Try changing port number.

You can also encounter this issue when you overwrite a running database brought up by progress explorer tool.
To make sure everything goes well, restart the service, databases and agent.
