Good Value Direct Debit Software for setting up DD's Securely and Safely

Does anyone know of and companies that sell good value DirectDebit software for setting up a high volume of DD's prefereably NOT on a per DD basis. I have spoke with a couple vendors who are very expensive for what i require. was wondering if anyone had any suggestions from experience in this area.
