Getting a warning message in 36.8.7 Send Export Documents in eB2

Hello Friends,

One of the user is facing an issue when he is trying to use 36.8.7 to export documents (Q/linq).
The warning message that he is getting is

"WARNING : Application SCP is connected for export by session 64355, userid me005lu'
Press space bar continue.

We have tried our best to identify if the session id is stuck up on application server side. Is this a DB lock or anything else ? Can you guys pls help...its urgent ..
 
I have found the cause :

There is a utility within eB2 to monitor the open and running q/linq sessions. The menu(36.8.5 - Interface Session Monitor) will only be accessible only if it has a running session or paused session.
I killed the session there..
