There's a way to get PROMON information in a 4GL program?

Anything like the sp_who2 procedure in SQL Server.

Yes, starting with Progress 8.2 you can use virtual system tables. For a monitor that is already built & ready to go, free and with all of the source code take a look at ProTop.
