Forum Post: Under investigation - Email not reaching forums.

Hi all, Since a couple of days, 3 users reported that they emailed a forum and they never saw the email reaching the forum. In other words, the email didn't create a new thread OR the email was not added as a post to an existing thread. We have escalated this to the vendor asking for a fix asap.
