Good morning I can successfully log into SupportLink, but when I select "Log/Manage a support case" I get a Salesforce Single Sign-On error. Is this problem isolated to me or is it a general failure? The message on the page reads: Your login attempt using single sign-on with an identity provider certificate has failed. Please contact your salesforce.com administrator for more information.
