jquerijero in addition to the link Donicello provided you, if you provide your customer number and/or a serial number through your progress-id profile page available through this link Then once you have created a new thread within one of our Community forum, you should then see an option for you to push the thread to our Support team, as shown below. This is a great way to first start posting a problem/question to all our Community members and in case you may not get the answer you're looking for you can still then engage with our Support.
