Thanks Garry, there is some comfort in knowing I'm not alone. I find it pretty tricky troubleshooting code this way when the issues only appear on the client. You don't have access to any of the tools available to you in the development environment. Even messages placed in SDO code that is run on the server don't display on the client. Paul
