I should have added that I'm trying to set-up a Tomcat servlet container on a windows server 2008 VM as a means of solely handling an incoming request to hand over to an Appserver on a different machine. There isn't a full OE 10 install on the machine, just the 102A WSA component with the appropriate license so there is no Progress Adminserver per say.
